1. Question: Which filter should I use?

Answer:

MZ for equipment that is being used on the factory floor or applications with large input transients or lightning strikes
MC for equipment that needs low conducted emissions.

2. Question: Why does the filter not have a CE mark?

Answer:

As an EMI filter is considered a component, CE marking is not mandated by Europe.
