LAMBDA'S REDESIGNED WEB SITE PROVIDES EFFICIENCY AND EASE OF USE

SAN DIEGO, CA (November 1, 2000) - Power supply leader Lambda, committed to fulfilling the information needs of design engineers, has recently redesigned their web site. Launched in October, the Lambda website, at www.lambdapower.com, provides a user-friendly, on-line resource for more technical data and faster download times.

"The all-new architecture of our web site, along with the numerous upgrades and additions, reflect Lambda's continuing commitment to provide the best power supply products and the most responsive customer service of any power supply manufacturer in the marketplace," said Lambda Webmaster Bryan Bagnas. " The site features more than 3000 products along with a featured product-of-the-month section to keep our customers informed of the latest advances from Lambda."

Bagnas added that the web site also includes a broader product line offering of DC-DC converters as well as an expanded listing of high voltage and laboratory supplies, and power supplies for CompactPCI racking systems.

The site offers an Application Guide and a Quick Selector section. The Application Guide locates products by markets or applications, thus providing design engineers with power solutions as quickly as possible. The Quick Selector can help customers find products based on number of outputs and input type AC or DC. The Legacy Products page matches older products to current Lambda power supplies. There is a keyword search engine to comb the entire site for listings and information along with a "What's New" section on the website directing customers to the newly updated information.

Also available on the site are downloadable technical resources and AutoCAD files as well as distributor links, sales rep links and links to Lambda's sister companies Densei-Lambda and Lambda UK. Customers can also request catalogs online.
